aero theme

i have downloadded this aero theme http://www.gnome-look.org/content/sh...?content=57915 but i dont know how to apply the theme or install the theme so i can use it please help

just unpack it to /usr/share/themes (most likely place)...

System Main Menu -> Preferences -> Theme.

Just drag and drop.
