Adobe Reader 9 prints all, Evince 3 prints nothing

Good morning again.

the subject-line applies to acroread 9.5.5 and the „document-viewer” 3.20.1, installed on my Debian system (4.6.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.6.2-2 (2016-06-25) x86_64 GNU/Linux). Cups is 2.1.4-1.

Although I prefer Evince (or whatever it is called nowadays) to open PDF-files, I am obliged to print from the Adobe Reader, which takes long to start up in comparison. If the document in question contains fonts, Evince does not print anything. Scanned documents are fine, though.

This morning, I am unable to print a table of train-connections that I have exported from Firefox. If you want to try, the file is here:
http://www.fichier-pdf.fr/2016/07/16...17-07-2016.pdf

And if you have a hint for me...

TIA,

Michael

It displays and prints fine with Okular in the KDE desktop.
Sorry, I'm not familiar with Evince or Debian.
