Adobe flash player 11 installed, but Firefox won't recognize it

Hello guys,

I've installed the latest adobe-flash-player on my RHEL 6.4, and I have it now in my "System > Preferences > Adobe Flash Player" so it must be correctly installed.

Problem is that Firefox doesn't recognize it. trying "about:plugins" in firefox doesn't list any plugins.

//Firefox output
No installed plugins found
Find updates for installed plugins at mozilla.com/plugincheck

Help plz

hi EDDY1

Yes, those are the same instructions as I've taken.

Nothing to do

Just one question: Does it matter if I do those steps as 'root' user, while I run firefox as another user?

I do all my installations as user 'root' .. It just sounds like good practice.
