No hint that I can see of whether or not it works on the 64-bit. Will try it later tonight.

jlo_sandog 10-18-2006 08:03 PM

Adobe has said for a while now that there won't be a 64 bit version of flash 9.

Adobe Flash 9 Beta is available

SO far I have managed to get Flash 9 working in Firefox, Iceweasel, opera9 and Seamonkey.

So go grab it and give it a try.

I know some people hate the idea of closed source apps, but hey that's life you take what you can get.

Works well here in Minefield 3.0a1/20061013 :)

rickh 10-18-2006 11:37 PM

Works fine here, too ... on 32-bit (Epiphany browser). Evidently, we're still using Gnash for 64-bit.

craigevil 10-18-2006 11:55 PM

Just watched Yahoo Tv clips using Konqueror works just fine. But some people in #kde seem to be getting segfaults.
