Question Admin network software


i need one software to administrate one litlle network in the neighborhood with some featuring like : start/blooking ip , add more user , schendules their acounts , trafic monitoring ,etc and the aplication must be writen for linux because i put in one linux server.
Can anyone to help me with that please?

Probably the best one is www.webmin.com if your looking for a GUI that is.

Not sure if its got all the bells and whistles you need but that's why you can just setup ssh and gain access using the CLI. ssh is secure and encrypted and allows full access as if you were on the machine itself.
