There is a checkbox in the Audio section at the left that you can select that says Shift next to it. Select that box and enter the number of milliseconds that you want the audio shifted by.

Milli means 1000 is one second, and the thing is that i need to adjust it to -37000 (-37 seconds) but it only goes up to -9999 so i am about 27000 short ...

Can you set the video to Copy, audio to Copy with a shift, save the file, and repeat until you get enough of a shift?
