Can anyone recommend a decent contacts manager? Kontact and Kaddressbook are officially busted, and Thunderbird is too minimalist. Unfortunately all my contacts are now twisted and bent into the encrypted akonadi filenames, instead of vcards which I have always set, so importing will be a problem. But now I must get out of these broken apps and find something decent that works.

I don't necessarily need enterprise sync, although it would be nice to be compatible with the biggies. I don't trust G**gle, so please don't suggest that.

I would recommend Evolution-- comes with all the whistles and bells.

Evolution's the only other choice? I'd looked at that and discarded it for some reason. Maybe it doesn't save in vcard form, but in some binary format? I'll look again.
