adding an element to KDE's default right-click menu

Hey all,
I want to add an application item to KDE3.3's default right-click menu. I can't find anywhere what file this menu consists of. All i can find is how to add servicemenu's but i don't want to change those, and I don't want to create a new custom menu on my right mouse button.
Does anybody know which file edits the 'desktop menu' as it's called in kcontrol > desktop > behavior?
