[SOLVED] Ad Blocker for Linux / Firefox

In Windows, I can get some Firefox extension called "ad block" or "ad blocker," or something similar sounding.

Is there such a Firefox extension if Firefox is running on Linux?

If not, then are there any decent substitutes? I get tired of these annoying ads while running in Linux. In Windows, I have "ad block" to avoid these ads, but do not have that ability (yet) in Linux.

I think that would be a good start. It's certainly available. I use it with Filterset-G (google if you're interested) and I don't get one single ad. No popups, no ad banners, nothing at all with the occasional exception.

I installed it through firefox extensions so I'm assuming as long as it's the same firefox that everyone else has that installation will be the same.
