Angry ACID and MySQL problems

I am using acid to view/manage security events located on a database. The problem is I can't get ACID to delete events from the database. When I perform a delete I don't get any errors but the entries are never deleted from the database.

I gave the following permissions to the acid user for the database:

Select | Insert | Update | Delete | Create

I must be missing something but I am not sure. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

MySQL 3.23.55
ACID latest ver.
