Accessing Linux Partition from Windows
 
I have a dual boot system and I can access my Windows partition from my Linux boot, but my Windows wants needs to access the Linux partition, how is this possible?

it's not. there are some apps like explore2fs for windows, but they are all quite poor. please be aware that this is a limitation of windows... not linux. M$ could easily support the file systems, but unsurprisingly they decide not to.

To copy from your linux partitions, Use EXT2Shell
