Absent ALSA driver in Wine

I've been attempting to run a few things through wine, and I noticed I had no sound. Checking the registry, I found that there was no ALSA driver present (I believe it should be under HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Wine -> ALSA Driver). Thinking it was just out of date, I went to update and found that Wine was at the newest version, as was the main ALSA driver. Is there a way to download the ALSA driver separately for Wine, or am I missing something entirely?
