About the awstats


I know awstats is useful for gather usage report .

I just would like to find website usage statistics , eg. how many hits has made to various webpage , would advise the simple method what I need to install , what configuration that I need to do ? thanks

Do you host the website in your webserver. Awstats is used with Apache httpd webserver.

You can also use piwik from piwik.org. It uses a webserver, php and a db e.g. mysql.

There is also google's free analytics.
