a rpm file can't isntall or unintall!!
[root@NauTic IE6]# rpm -Uvh wine-20031212-1rh9winehq.i686.rpm

[root@NauTic IE6]# rpm -e wine-20031212-1rh9winehq.i686.rpm
error: package wine-20031212-1rh9winehq.i686.rpm is not installed
