a freeware that is like "partition magic"


can u give me url to freeware that i could use to resize my "one partition disk" to make backup?

If this disk has your data on it then you should backup before resizing that said try downloading a Knoppix CD it has a tool called QT Parted which can resize your partition.

You can also use Gparted : http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
it also has a 30Mb something liveCD which is very useful : http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php

yeah GParted Live CD, is the best i guess.
