Ok, after 1 week, I think I got it:

uninstalled packages tcl and tk which came with my dist. (removepkg, or pkgtool -> remove). Downloaded tcl and tk. Installed them. Downloaded tls. Edited on configure in tls:

SSL_DIR='/usr/local/ssl' -> SSL_DIR='/usr'

Later:

cd ....../tk8.4.13/unix/
cp wish /usr/bin/

And then copyed tls files ( libtls1.50.so pkgIndex.tcl tls.tcl ) to ~/.amsn/plugins/tls1.5

I don't know if you need to do all this stuff, maybe the solution is simpler...but that worked for me. Still didn't enable iptables again, I'll do that and post the results here for reference.
