[SDL] No permission?

hey

Code:
Cannot initialise SDL: No available video device
I get this error as a non-root users when I try to run the SDL test things....
So I think its permission related...
Any ideas?

Check /dev/video0 and make sure it has the follwing permissions:

crw-rw-rw-

if not, as root do, chmod 666 video0

See if that helps.
