[KDE 3.1.4] Unable to switch Colors or Styles???
 

Hello,

I have been using KDE 3.1.4 with slackware 9.1 for a week or so with no problems. But as of today when i goto the >appearance & themes section> i am unable to switch styles or adjust the colors.

If i click on a new style or color previously it changes to the new style or color palette. Now i click on apply and nothing happens. I can still change the icons. I reapplied the default theme to see if i could get a fresh start then everything except the kicker(quicklaunch)panel changed back to the default grey-blue KDE colors. the kicker is still "atlas green"

Has anyone experienced this? Or have any ideas why this will not work. All apps and config stuff seems to be working with no problems. I searched the forums before posting and could find no mention of this.

Hello,

I finally just decided to delete the entire .kde dir and start fresh in KDE this worked fine and only took and xtra 15 min or so to get it set back up how it used to be.
