[iptables]getting over --to-source limitation for kernel > 2.6.10

is there a way to put a group of different IPs after --to-source on iptables rule for kernel over 2.6.10?
using something like
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -j SNAT --to 1.2.3.4 --to 5.6.7.8-10
would result
iptables v1.3.5: Multiple --to-source not supported
uname -a is
Linux server.host 2.6.18-53.el5PAE #1 SMP Mon Nov 12 02:55:09 EST 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
