Question [error] Certificate not found: 'Server-Cert' (but it is there)

This started showing up in my logs and is causing the httpd server to hang.

[Thu Oct 25 14:58:24 2012] [error] Certificate not found: 'Server-Cert'

# certutil -V -u V -d /etc/httpd/alias -n Server-Cert
certutil: certificate is valid

returns a valid certificate... it hasn't expired yet. Any way to debug it? I tried turning logs on for debug but it didn't show anything additional... Just Certificate not found.
