yppasswdd is not running on server

Hi,

I'm maked a NIS server! It works great, exept one thing. User can't change their password by using yppasswd. When they enter the command in the shell there is a error who says: "yppasswd: yppasswdd is not running on the master NIS server 165.114.198.4"
Now you will thinking "so start yppasswdd on the server" But it's already running. I've tried many times, but without any succes. Can someone help me to solve this anoying problem? (I almost bagging you:P)

thanks!
