Why Curlftpfs mounts disable apache restart?

Hi,

When i mount a drive with curlftpfs unless I unmount that drive apache is unable to restart throwing the error:

98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

even if I change apache port to 8080 it remains the same.

Anybody knows why? and how to avoid it?
