Talking which software are you using


hi,

i'm currently using dovecot, postfix, spamassassin,clamAV, Apache... well, my question is, what do you prefer, what is tha best to use? and why.

anyway, what do you think, what is the best combination of software to build an email and web server?

thx a lot.
