which kernel for a server?

I run a small server on an old Pentium I from 1997 that is a mere 200 MHz Gateway running Slackware 12. I build my own kernel when the new ones are released. I see now that there are 3 different kernels being updated...the 2.6.27, the 2.6.28 and the 2.6.29. Which kernel is geared toward an old pc server?

There is no much change in the three kernels. You can see changelog of kernels from www.kernel.org

For old(er) kit it won't matter - I always like latest and greatest. But I only run test servers.
For a readable changelog, try kernelnewbies.org
