Which FTP server is running on my linux?

Hi everyone,

I have a CentOs6.7 linux as my http/php/mysql server. I have some ftp services as well. What I want to know is which ftp server is running on my system?

The first thing was the command:
Code:
service vsftpd status
But I have got "vsftpd: unrecognized service"

What I tried after:
1. checked which daemon listens on port 21:
Code:
netstat -plnt | grep 21
the result was xinetd.

But this is actually a superdeamon!

Do you have any idea, how to figure out which ftp server is running?

Thank you in advance!

Find the answer in /etc/xinetd.d.
