What is the easiest way to setup an incoming and outgoing mail server on centos?


What is the easiest way to setup an incoming and outgoing mail server on centos? Without using a control panel, such was webmin.

Try the IredOs which is based on CentOs. If you do, and install webmin, don't forget to configure iptables accepting requests on 10000 port.
