Question Weird Zimbra delivery failure

Dear All
kindly i am facing problem since few days
Some servers put us in spam dlist so we no more send to them
others try to send us but we don't get any e-mails from them

every email send from any member in any DList@domain.com
it sent to unknown email address shown in the log as follow
<abc@gmail.com>
plus any one sent to this Dlist from outside the domain, they received mailer-daemon@googlemail.com
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

abc@gmail.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Storage quota exceeded

P.S
No one of the Dlist put this email in cc or bcc
i had checked out from server side rules is also empty from this intruder email
/conf/restricted_senders
/conf/outgoing

i had checked fetch mail and it's only bcc itself

please advise urgently
thanks

When emailing are you using SMTP on the zimbra system or using a smarthost? Are you getting any bounceback messages?

Also you mention:

Quote:
Technical details of permanent failure:
Storage quota exceeded
Is there any issue with disk space or mailbox storage limitations?

Are there any log files which you can look through?
