Web server on Raspberry Pi 2

Hi,

I would like to know which Linux distribution do you guys recommend for running a web server on a Raspberry Pi 2?
I've found some tutorials using Raspbian and some other using Ubuntu Server. Currently I run Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS in my computer.
As this is just for experimenting purposes I wonder if I should choose Ubuntu Server and getting to know a little bit of server configuration. Yet, I'd like the web server to be as stable as possible despite the fact it's running on a Raspberry Pi 2.

Thank you for the help.

centos7 recently released a 32bit version for raspberry. I've been running an internal web server on a Pi2 with Fedora 21 for a while without any problems.

I would probably recommend going with the "Raspbian Jessie Lite" image.

* It has no graphical interface taking up resources.
* Is more minimal than Ubuntu Server which is good for a low powered server
* You're already familiar with Ubuntu which is debian based, rather than going to centos which is different.

"Raspbian Jessie Lite" did not work for me properly, so I used the normal version.

I think I'll use raspbian-ua-netinst or Ubuntu server. I really want to know a little bit about server configuration and I'm just doing this experiment for that purpose.
