You can try Raccoon or OpenSwan.

Hello and welcome to LinuxQuestions,

I think you're mixing things up. Do you want to have remote access to your server in order to work on your server from a remote location (sharing desktop with VNC/NX) or do you want to set up a VPN server so that you can connect to your office's network and use everything there as if you were in the office (VPN)?

Looking forward to your participation in the forums. Have fun with Linux.

Kind regards,

Eric

Or if you only need no more than 2 simultaneous connections, the free version of OpenVPN-AS would work, too. It has an awesome web-based administration interface that makes setting it up a breeze
