VNC not starting could not open default font 'fixed'

OS: RHEL 5 32 bit

I have installed vnc-server-4.1.1-10.1.0.0.1.i386.rpm. When I start vncserver I receive the following errors in log

vncext: VNC extension running!
vncext: Listening for VNC connections on port 5901
vncext: Listening for HTTP connections on port 5801
vncext: created VNC server for screen 0
error opening security policy file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xserver/SecurityPolicy
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/CID/, removing from list!

Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'
xsetroot: unable to open display 'test:1'
vncconfig: unable to open display "test:1"
twm: unable to open display "test:1"
Warning: This program is an suid-root program or is being run by the root user.

in this environment. You may get a more descriptive message by running the
program as a non-root user or by removing the suid bit on the executable.
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: %s

Checked various forums and did the following
1. X11 folder was not there in /usr/X11R6/lib
2. I manually created X11 folder in /usr/X11R6/lib
3. ln -s /usr/share/X11 /usr/X11R6/lib/X11
4. ln -s /usr/lib/X11/fonts /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts

But still vncserver is getting killed. Kindly help.

for the testing ,
1) setenforce 0 <- only this as root
2) start vncserver as normal user not root
3) once started vnc will ask the password just enter it and verify
4) kill the vncserver

now as the same user check file .vnc/xstartup
open it with nano see the word "twm" change it to startkde , if you use kde
then start vncserver

check what is the port running then open your vnc client from others pc

give a try
