Hi I have this problem.

I have a machine running XP as the host and Mandriva Linux 2005 SE (10.1) as guest. I am using NAT networking, I can see the linux box and the SAMBA server no problem from my host machine.

However, I have another 6 machines on my LAN that can see my XP Box but not the linux server behind it. How do I configure my Virtual network so that any machine on my LAN can see the Linux server that runs as a guest OS on my xp machine that is on the same network as the machine i wish to be able to see my linux box.

you really don't want to be using NAT here, change to a bridge instead, and it'll just look like any other device on the same flat network.
