Virtual server only brings up default Apache page

Hi,

I've setup a subdomain and would like it to point to a folder on an Ubuntu server instance on EC2.

I have followed instructions here: http://tutorials.securesignup.net/vp...th-webmin.html
but it's 4 days now that anytime I go to the respective subdomain.mydomain.com I just get the default Apache page.

I have attached a snapshot of my settings.

did you set the vhost section in the httpd.conf ?
and is documentroot set ?

I can't seem to locate the httpd.conf file so running

Code:

apache2ctl -V | grep SERVER_CONFIG_FILE

results into

Quote:

-D SERVER_CONFIG_FILE="apache2.conf"

and I don't see any references to vhost in this file
