VIRT Memory really high, but RES Memory really low, is this bad?

VIRT Memory really high, but RES Memory really low, is this bad? This is for a single specific process.

From top:
9608 someusr 20 0 7232m 44m 4348 S 0.0 0.6 4:43.02 /usr/bin/python /home/someusr/public_html/file.py

7232M is the VIRT and 44M is the RES
