If you want to do it via ssh, of course it depends on what mail server you are runnning.

I never used cPanel myself, but doing a Google search I found this:

Using the web interface.

Adding email accounts
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cpanel/Ad...l_accounts.htm

Using a script.

addpop - Add a Pop Account
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/Scripts.htm

thanls for the reply bsdunix, well i know how to create accounts on Cpanel, but it is a pain in the back to do it one by one
as far as the scripts, well i've been looking all over and i can't find them, are they in the cpanel console or in the server itself?

If you don't see a scripts directory, then it looks like to have to install them.

Click on the "Scripts Library" link in this cPanel User Manual and it will explain about the scripts.
