UNIX and Linux Servers Clustering

These days I am looking for a change in my job and am having a minus point that I am not familiar with Clustering. Can somebody please help me with it? How to start and from where?

Lots more you can find easily, too. Best way to get started is to think about what will fail if a server goes down...that will tell you what you need to share/fail-over when a server dies, and what services you need to provide for load-balancing.

Also, if you just get a little bit of experience, you are NOT going to be qualified to take a job that is heavily involved in clustered services, anymore than you can get any other job without the relevant experience.
