Unable to locate Apt-Proxy

Hi,

Just installed Ubuntu Server (Natty) and tried:
Code:
sudo apt-get install apt-proxy
But I only got:
Code:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package apt-proxy
Can someone please point me the possible problem?

Thanks!
