Time display wrong in web page

I've got a server running apache 2.0.46 that reports the wrong time on the web page. I had just finished changing the time fix to go from Standard time to Daylight Savings time and now things are screwed up somehow. I tried stop and restarting apache with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

How are you displaying the time? CGI script? Javascript?

If you are displaying time based on the server's local time, it will only be correct for 1/24 of the world anyway. And if you are displaying time with a client-based method like Javascript, that will only be accurate if the user's own local time is accurate.

I'm not sure where it's getting the time. I only could the data being wrong in the web pages displayed. I inherited the system from somebody else and I'm still learning about it.

Well, I changed the time to UTC, and that seems to work. Thanks for the help!
