This looks like a stock joomla .htaccess file and doesn't help much.
I would check the apache error log as I would check for errors in the php source before.
Did you update Joomla, Apache or php or anything else recently ?
Any new modules in Joomla ?
Something must have changed

hi again and am sorry for being late
we use joomla 3.1, apache 2.2.22 and php5.3. we did not make any update recently or add module to joomla, below are lines from apache error log file when i try to log in to my site using joomla user credentials:

[Mon Jan 20 15:30:32 2014] [error] [client 41.67.21.245] PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant PLG_SYSTEM_J2XML_BUTTON_EXPORT - assumed 'PLG_SYSTEM_J2XML_BUTTON_EXPORT' in /var/www/plugins/system/j2xml/j2xml.php on line 95, referer: http://something.domain.something/ad...ut=edit&id=318

Hmm, this looks just like an untranslated String and should not be responsable for any disfunction exept a button with exactly this text on it.

You could try to delete the joomla cache and switch to full error reporting in your admin to see more errors .

samr 01-22-2014 03:26 AM

i delete the joomla cache, that error stop to show in apache error file but (The page isn't redirecting properly) messege keep continuing, i think the problem caused by something make the server replay in circular manner and hence the request enter in loop, i can not find out that thing
