Ok..is there a question in there???

You don't provide any details (version/distro of Linux? Has this ever worked? What changed? ANYTHING???), but the error is clear. It's telling you it can't find the file mentioned. So, either it's not there (so create it or restore it from backup), or the location is wrong (change it).

Thanks

I have found the problem. I'm running CentOS 6.X which uses upstart instead of SysV. I created the corresponding configuration file for the program and now it's working.
