Tape Drive

Good morning, I am looking for a way that I can search a DLT tape for a certain file? When I verify our tape backups on our server, I use
mt -t /dev/nst0 fsf 1
then do
tar tzvPf /dev/st0
and all of the files flash across the screen, but is there a way I can search the tape for a specific file, or at least make it stop after filling up the screen and then waiting for me to hit enter or something? Thank you.

Screen at a time:
Code:
tar tzvPf /dev/st0 | more
Specific File:
Code:
tar tzvPf /dev/st0 | grep filenameblahblah
