SunFire x2100 bypass "conspector login"?

I recently came into possession of 5 SunFire x2100 servers (that are about a million years old), and am attempting to get one to run some vulnerable webapps. It has Debian/GNU 2.6.18-3-k7 installed.

When I power it up, it loads the kernel, and boots everything but gives me a "conspector login" prompt. I have no idea who set this up, and have found nowhere on the internet mentioning a "conspector" in this context.

I'd like to know- anyone ever encountered a similar problem and solved it? Else I'm going to just DBAN it and try to install a new kernel.

Strangely enough -- i too came to possess a couple of old phone servers like these. What i did was to boot the newest Centos and see if it picked up all the hardware, and re-installed, simply because the newer software would run better.

Mine had solaris installed on it originally, and was terrible. And even worse was the DC power inputs,.. But i didnt see anything to do with a conspector...

That's just the thing- I've never even heard the term conspector before, and it's nowhere in the user's manual. Also it won't let me do anything in the BIOS without a password, so I can't get it to read from the usb ports.
