Unhappy Strange Horde php install issues

Hi all

I currently have a running LAMP installation on my server, up and running as it should.

I'm using Ubuntu Gutsy.

I have just installed Horde from Synaptec repositories however when i browse to /usr/share/horde3/admin/setup/* all the *.php files case FF to open and say "how should i open etc".

Why is this? I already have a running Drupal installation that is working great.

Please assist.

Thanks

lp

Is Apache configured to serve pages from that directory? I've seen similar problems when accessing PHP files that Apache isn't processing first.

Thanks.

This indeed could be the cause.

The newer apache2.conf file is less clear than the traditional httpd.conf.

Can you please point me in the right direction for the section i need to modify?

Thanks

I've typically created a new VirtualHost entry for the Horde server and set the DocumentRoot to the path of my Horde install. I have all of my Apache installs using the httpd.conf rather than apache2.conf, so I'm not sure exactly where it would be put in your case.
