storing data to the other drive


I'm using ubuntu in window by taking a loggin via putty, its space is upto 8 GB . ive installed Webmin and EHCP into that and these things happens in C Drive. so i want to store the data in other drive like D or E and those data should be retrived to putty when I login into ubuntu via putty. is this possible ??

Not sure I understand the question.

Your Ubuntu installation is 8GB which is too small so you want to save data somewhere else? Is Ubuntu a separate physical computer or virtual machine etc? What Ubuntu version are you running?
