You need to find out why the reciever is classifying your mail as spam, or get them to whitelist you.

^^ This is a general spam trait.

learn more about masquerading. The email will be sent with an unkown email address (e.g root@localhost.localdomain) Change this and put a known email address, then test a mail

Hi

I found that we have the server name is abc.com

and in e-mail we are sending the following format.

From : 123@deb.com
subjet : RFQ received do some action
TO : 456@xyz.com

Html content

so the there might be reason that my server name is abc.com and in e-mail domain name is deb.com. so might be possible that its detecting as a phising.

See in our application we have 3 vendors which is used our plateform just ex. 1. deb.com 2. a12.com 3. gyp.com

so we required that From address must be the vendors domain.

Please guide what I required so my server can send e-mail using the above three diffrent vendor's domain name in from address.
and it should not go into the spam folder.

If there was a way to ensure mail would not be classified as spam, we would all get a lot more spam...

A "genuine e-mail" is one which meets the SMTP specs and can reach it's destination, which, from your description, yours do.

Anything else is at the discretion of the receiver and their anti-spam policies.
You need to find out what they are before you can tailor your mails to pass them.
Ask them.
Get a copy of the 'spam-foldered' mail and look for diagnostic headers.

That is defined by the spam filter. I cannot tell you.
