You need Apache server (called "httpd" under RedHat) and "your static page".

1. Install apache:
yum install httpd

2. Copy your files to /var/www/html

3. Start apache:
/etc/inist.d/httpd start

Thats all.

If You doesn't know how to create your webpage with flash videos then that is questions for developers not admins.
I could suggest to read this: http://www.w3schools.com/flash/flash_inhtml.asp

EDITED:
Sorry, I read Red5 as RedHat5
For Red5 you could read some manuals on site or see on tutorial video:

Well I know what apache is I am running a Linux Cloud on Apache2 with KVM.Before posting the question I had seen the link you gave.I know how to program in PHP or HTML that is not a problem.
The problem is how do I put the flv in Red5 so that they can be served.
I used the word static html site to make the question simple if I tell you it is a bunch of Python scripts running on Zope and Apache as front end you would be scared to answer my question.

Yes this is what I was looking for thanks.
If you can give some more links that would help also tell what keywords you used to search.

Hi

Flash videos don't need anything server side. You can set up a streaming server, but it's not necessary. Here's a link to a nice player with lots of documentation on how to set it up:

I checked flowplayer it looks great.
Just a question I am not a web developer (more into Linux sort of sys admin tasks) so how easy would it be for me.

I finally was able to solve all the problem I used Jwplayer and Flow Player and to create HTML pages you need to put them in Document Root of the webserver.
Then it works.
Here is a post for this which might be relevant if some one comes across here by chance
http://askmeflash.com/qdetail/1008/r...n-html-problem
It will help them.
