Squirrelmail cannot show some mail.

Hi..
Could anyone help me out with this problem?

There is a mail server
running:
Postfix, Squirrelmail, Dovecot.

Users get mail via outlook / outlook express is ok.
Recently, there is a client said Outlook downloaded the mail, but she can't find that mail on squirrelmail.

Outlook has been set to keep mails for 60 days on server.

I look into the webmail, that mail with other languages is not shown in the inbox(Japanese and French).

Then I use ssh to check in user's home folder, the mail was there, but it just cannot be shown in squirrelmail.

I've heard that a bug of squirrelmail, have to download a patch for this. Do anyone ever got this problem?(I'm still looking for the patch, if it's a bug)
