SquidGuard: filtering non-english alphabets


Is it possible to create an expression blacklist that filters non-english characters (e.g. Chinese, Japanese)? I'm using SquidGuard.

The reason I want to do this is that some of my users are looking for forbidden materials through websearches in other languages...
