squid proxy with dhcp

In my office , I have one dhcp sever in windows 2003, all the employee machine getting the ip from there and I have one squid proxy server for internet, but I have to set that contention to all the browse to get internet.

Now I want to set where user will get ip as well as the internet setup automatically without hampering the squid rule.
like the will get the ip as well as the proxy server ip as gateway but the squid acl rule will still remain the same.

guide me to setup squid server and the dhcp sserver.

Note that this has nothing whatsoever to do with squid itself. the end proxy plays no role in the configuratoin required to use it.
