Question squid (proxy)server problem

hi friends,
i have a REDHAT centos installed machine on which i set up a squid proxy server through which i have denied access to many sites. now in my office there is a dhcp server . now i want to allow few machines to access some specific sites. but for that i cannot take reference of their ip address bcause of dhcp server.so is their any ACCESS CONTROL LIST which take refernce of hostname so that by applying that acl i can do what i want.
will u please help me to solve this problem?
