Squid proxy server 2.5 not accessing http

I am creating a transparent caching proxy server with Squid Proxy Server 2.5 and Squid Analysis Report Generator (SARG). So far I have been able to get routing working and I can now ping external addresses on the network that is proxied (, etc). However, I cannot access the internet using http requests. Does anybody have any idea on what I am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
